Help Needed- Readers Wanted!

Hello, my name is Sara Leedom. I am, among other things, a perennial daydreamer and compulsive creator (and a game tester by day, but that's another story entirely). For the past decade however- and I do mean that quite literally- I have been working on this labor of love that I call Targona: The Lost Continent. It is a novel that has been patchworked over the years from various concepts, some deeply personal to me, into the state that it is currently in (more on that later).

My decision to share this project via the Internet has not come easy. I started off with the naive idea that perhaps my idea might be stolen by someone else, and so I feared letting any eyes other than my own peer over my shoulder. There was also the nervousness I felt about letting "my baby" out into the light before it was ready, rough edges and all.

That being said, I know now I NEED the objective eyes of other readers. Having spent a decade fully immersed in this project, I've reached the point where I can literally no longer see the forest for the trees, as the cliche goes.

So...that's where you come in. I need readers- average, everyday readers- who are willing to give my manuscript a look and let me know where my unfinished child is thriving, and where the project is falling apart at the seams. I need constructive feedback- not just empty praise or condemnation (that's not to say that I don't appreciate serious critique).

If you're still with me, and you're interested, please comment or e-mail directly at anyapakhl25@yahoo.com, and I will send you more information.

And for those who are wondering, "What's in it for me?"
You've got my undying gratitude, and I'll make sure to buy you a drink or take you out to lunch sometime.

MORE ON THE PROJECT ITSELF
Targona:The Lost Continent (the working title) is a fictional novel involving elements of fantasy and science fiction. It is an alternate earth history, taking place on a hypothetical lost continent similar to the idea of Atlantis.

It is the story of three heroes joined together through unlikely events, and driven by a prophecy. It is an epic of war and love, and the fine point between passion and obsession, creation and destruction.

More details, including media such as artwork and sample chapters, to come...
